Orders & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Main centres receive delivery in 2–3 business days, and outlying areas in 3–5 business days.
Yes. We deliver anywhere in South Africa via a tracked national courier. A physical street address is required.
Collection can be arranged by appointment. Choose the collection option at checkout where available and we'll confirm a time once your order is ready.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within two business days, contact us and we'll follow up.
Yes, on request. Send us your delivery address and the items you'd like, and we'll quote you directly. Duties and taxes are for the recipient's account.
Products & Fragrance
Between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on the size of the room, airflow and how many reeds you use. Fewer reeds means a softer scent and a longer life.
Once a week is ideal. Turning them refreshes the fragrance throw — turning them daily will use the oil far more quickly.
Somewhere with gentle air movement — an entrance console, hallway shelf or side table. Avoid direct sunlight, heaters and unstable surfaces.
Yes. Our linen mists are formulated for bedding, curtains, cushions and upholstery. Always spray from about 30cm away and test an inconspicuous area first on delicate fabrics.
Keep diffusers and mists out of reach of children and pets, and never ingest the oil. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse with water.
Start with how you want the room to feel. Fresh and awake suits citrus, calm and comforting suits vanilla, and grounded suits woody scents. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you.
Corporate Gifting
Corporate gifting typically starts at 10 units, though we can advise on smaller curated sets for executive gifting.
Yes. We offer custom labels, branded packaging and curated gift boxes designed around your brand identity.
For branded or bulk orders we recommend 3–4 weeks. Festive season fills quickly, so earlier is always better.
Yes. Share your distribution list with us and we'll quote for individual dispatch to each recipient.
Workshops
A guided session where you learn the language of fragrance, blend your own scent, and leave with a bespoke reed diffuser or linen mist you made yourself.
Sessions run comfortably from 2 to 40 guests. Larger groups are possible at a venue of your choosing.
Yes. We travel to homes, offices, hotels and event venues. Tell us your city and date in the workshop finder and we'll come back with options.
Bookings can be moved up to 7 days before your date, subject to availability. Cancellations inside 7 days are non-refundable as materials are prepared in advance.
Returns
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Unfortunately not — opened fragrance products cannot be accepted back for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days.
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
